Gina Martin Chief Legal Officer
Gina assumed the role of chief legal officer on January 1, 2018. In addition to serving as lead legal counsel for Civitas Solutions, she oversees the company’s corporate, litigation and risk management, regulatory, compliance, and labor and employment legal functions. Gina joined The MENTOR Network in 2013 as associate general counsel and was promoted to assistant general counsel a year later.
A seasoned attorney, Gina has substantial experience in a variety of transactions, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financings, as well as strategic planning, risk mitigation and business optimization. Prior to joining Civitas, she was a partner at Goodwin Procter LLP. Gina earned her B.S. from St. Michael’s College and a J.D. from Fordham University.
