Pamela was elected to our board of directors in December 2008. She has served as president of Ridge Hill Consulting, a strategy consulting firm, since 2002. Prior to this, Pamela was self-employed as a private investor. From 2000 to 2001, she was vice president and chief financial officer of Convergent Networks. From 1995 to 2000, she was senior vice president of corporate development and treasurer of Oak Industries, Inc., which was acquired by Corning Inc. in 2000. Prior to that, Pamela was a managing director in Credit Suisse First Boston’s investment banking division and a vice president of corporate banking at Chase Manhattan Bank.
Pamela is currently a member of the boards of directors of Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc., where she is a member of the Audit Committee and chair of the Management Development and Compensation Committee, and American Superconductor Corporation where she chairs the Audit Committee. From 2004 to 2013, she was a member of the board of directors and chair of the Compensation Committee of Spartech Corporation until it was acquired by PolyOne, and from 2001 to 2007, she was a member of the board of directors of Avid Technology and at various times chair of the board, chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.
