Company Overview

Civitas Solutions, Inc., which markets its services nationally as The MENTOR Network, is a national network of local health and human services providers offering an array of quality, community-based services to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain and spinal cord injuries and other catastrophic injuries and illnesses; to youth with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges, as well as their families; and to elders in need of support.

Founded in 1980, Civitas Solutions has grown from a single residential service provider to a national organization providing services and supports in more than 30 states. Our depth of experience coupled with our ability to offer clinical resources and share best practices across the organization has made us a preferred provider for a diverse group of payors and referral sources across the country. Our community-based services are a high-quality, cost-effective alternative to institutional settings. As of September 30, 2018, we serve approximately 12,700 individuals in residential settings and approximately 19,000 individuals in non-residential settings.

Specialty Rehabilitation Services (SRS)

Our specialized rehabilitation services offer a broad range of medical care, therapy, training, community integration and behavior management that help each person move through their rehabilitative journey.

Adult Day Health Services (ADH)

Our Adult Day Health programs provide high quality day services to elders, including those with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. We offer vibrant day programs that help individuals remain in their homes instead of requiring higher levels of care such as nursing homes.
